How order system works in ClassifiedPro?
Step 1:
- The customer decides to purchase your product.
- They proceed to the checkout process, filling in all the required information.
- The customer provides necessary details such as shipping address.
- They add billing information to complete the transaction securely and place his/her order.
Step 2:
- Admin accesses CubeWP.
- Navigate to the user dashboard.
- Create two new tabs named “Sales” and “Purchase” in the user dashboard if these two tabs are not available.
- Click on Save Changes option.
Step 3:
- Access WooCommerce platform.
- Click on the “Orders” button.
- View the list of orders displayed.
- Click on the “Preview” button.
- Choose the “Processing” option.
- After this both Buyer and Seller have Process status.
Step 4:
- Seller accesses the order details after clicking on the “Preview” button.
- Initiates the shipping process for the packed order.
- Clicks on the “Completed” button to mark the order as processed and shipped.
- The order status is updated to “Completed,” indicating successful processing and shipment.
Once the shipment is completed, the order status reflects as “Completed” on both ends.
