How order system works in ClassifiedPro?

Step 1:

  • The customer decides to purchase your product.
  • They proceed to the checkout process, filling in all the required information.
  • The customer provides necessary details such as shipping address.
  • They add billing information to complete the transaction securely and place his/her order.

Step 2:

  • Admin accesses CubeWP.
  • Navigate to the user dashboard.
  • Create two new tabs named “Sales” and “Purchase” in the user dashboard if these two tabs are not available.
  • Click on Save Changes option.

Step 3:

  • Access WooCommerce platform.
  • Click on the “Orders” button.
  • View the list of orders displayed.
  • Click on the “Preview” button.

  •  Choose the “Processing” option.
  • After this both Buyer and Seller have Process status.

Step 4:

  • Seller accesses the order details after clicking on the “Preview” button.
  • Initiates the shipping process for the packed order.
  • Clicks on the “Completed” button to mark the order as processed and shipped.

  • The order status is updated to “Completed,” indicating successful processing and shipment.

Once the shipment is completed, the order status reflects as “Completed” on both ends.
